This Privacy Policy applies to AutoClip Studio at autoclipstudio.com and the AutoClip Studio application. AutoClip Studio helps authorized creators identify moments in long-form videos, create vertical clips, generate captions and metadata, review output, and optionally publish approved content through connected social-platform accounts.
2. Information we collect
We may collect information you provide, including your name, email address, creator or business name, project instructions, submitted video links or files, brand preferences, permission confirmations, approval decisions, support messages, and payment-related transaction status. Payment card details, when payments are enabled, are handled by the payment provider rather than stored by AutoClip Studio.
We may also process video, audio, transcripts, captions, generated clips, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, hashtags, and other project output needed to provide the service.
3. Connected-platform information
If you connect a third-party account such as TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram, AutoClip Studio may receive account identifiers, display names, profile information, authorization tokens, granted permissions, publishing status, post identifiers, and performance information allowed by that platform and approved by you. AutoClip Studio uses this information only to provide the connected features you request. You may revoke access through the platform’s account settings.
4. Automatically collected information
We may collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser or device type, timestamps, requested pages, diagnostic logs, error details, security events, and service usage information. We use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve AutoClip Studio.
5. How we use information
We use information to accept and manage projects; transcribe and analyze authorized media; create, store, and deliver clips; generate captions and metadata; operate review and approval tools; publish approved content at your direction; provide customer support; process billing status; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with law; and improve service reliability and quality.
6. AI processing and service providers
AutoClip Studio may send the minimum information needed to providers that support transcription, AI analysis, hosting, storage, media processing, notifications, payments, analytics, security, and authorized social publishing. These providers process information on our behalf or under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal information.
7. When information may be shared
Information may be shared with service providers needed to operate AutoClip Studio, with a connected platform when you direct AutoClip Studio to publish or retrieve authorized information, during a business transfer, to protect users or the service, or when disclosure is required by law. We do not share your submitted media with unrelated advertisers.
8. Retention and deletion
We retain account, project, media, output, and log information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods may differ by data type and project status. You may request deletion through the AutoClip Studio Contact page. Some records may be retained when legally required or necessary for security and dispute prevention.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no online service, transmission method, or storage system can guarantee complete security.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about how your personal information is used. You may also withdraw a connected-platform authorization. Submit a request through the Contact page and begin the message with “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
11. Children’s privacy
AutoClip Studio is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can investigate and delete it when appropriate.
12. International processing
Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Those locations may have data-protection laws different from those in your location.
