1. Agreement to these Terms

By accessing or using AutoClip Studio, submitting a project, or authorizing a connected platform, you agree to these AutoClip Studio Terms of Service and the AutoClip Studio Privacy Policy. If you use AutoClip Studio for a business or creator team, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

2. The AutoClip Studio service

AutoClip Studio provides AI-assisted transcription, moment selection, video editing, vertical reframing, captions, metadata, review, approval, delivery, and optional publishing support for authorized media. Features may change as the service develops. Package scope, delivery timing, revision limits, and any publishing support are confirmed before paid work begins.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to use paid AutoClip Studio services. You are responsible for accurate information, account security, activity performed through your account, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

4. Your content and required rights

You retain ownership of content you submit. You must own that content or have all permissions needed to upload, reproduce, edit, create derivative clips from, display, distribute, and publish it. You grant AutoClip Studio a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, edit, store, and deliver submitted content only as needed to provide the requested service. You may not submit content that violates copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual rights, platform rules, or applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use AutoClip Studio to distribute illegal, deceptive, infringing, abusive, exploitative, or malicious content; impersonate another person; evade platform restrictions; interfere with service security; probe or reverse engineer protected systems; upload malware; overload the service; or use another person’s account without permission. We may refuse or pause projects when authorization, safety, or legality is unclear.

6. AI output, review, and approval

AI-generated selections, transcripts, captions, titles, metadata, and edits may contain errors or miss context. Generated clips are drafts until reviewed. You are responsible for checking names, facts, captions, context, music, safety, rights, and platform suitability before approval or publication. AutoClip Studio does not guarantee accuracy, virality, views, monetization, platform approval, or freedom from third-party claims.

7. Connected platforms and publishing

Publishing features require you to authorize the relevant third-party account and grant the permissions shown by that platform. AutoClip Studio uses official integrations where available and acts only on your approved instructions or configured schedule. Third-party platforms control their own review, availability, permissions, rate limits, content rules, account actions, and outages. Their terms also apply to your use of those platforms.

8. Prices, billing, subscriptions, and cancellation

Prices, included clip quantities, revision limits, and billing periods are shown before purchase or confirmed in a project agreement. Recurring packages renew for the stated billing period until canceled. Unless otherwise stated at purchase, cancellation stops future renewals but does not reverse work already completed or costs already incurred. Taxes may apply. Refunds, credits, or replacements are handled according to the confirmed project scope and applicable law.

9. AutoClip Studio intellectual property

AutoClip Studio and its software, interface, branding, workflows, documentation, and service materials are owned by AutoClip Studio or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the AutoClip Studio application or brand to you.

10. Availability and changes

AutoClip Studio may be interrupted by source-media restrictions, third-party failures, rate limits, maintenance, security issues, platform changes, or events beyond reasonable control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and will make reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary disruption.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, material breach, suspected abuse, security risk, infringement concerns, or unlawful activity. You may stop using AutoClip Studio at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, and liability provisions—will survive.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoClip Studio is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoClip Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost revenue, profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities; platform account actions; or third-party claims arising from your content. AutoClip Studio’s total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid to AutoClip Studio for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify AutoClip Studio from claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from content you submit, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of another person’s rights, or your misuse of the service.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where AutoClip Studio operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer law in your location requires otherwise. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact AutoClip Studio and make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue informally.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these AutoClip Studio Terms of Service as the application or legal requirements change. The updated Terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms where permitted by law.

17. Contact AutoClip Studio

Questions, copyright notices, or requests about these Terms may be submitted through the AutoClip Studio Contact page. Include “Terms” or “Copyright” in the first line of the message.
